On July 12, 2023, at approximately 14:17, a shepherd, Mr. D.M., first reported this anomaly when he lost sight of his sheep in the remote depths of the Karynzharyk Depression. Perplexed by the perceived distortion of space itself, which felt as if it were expanding and contracting, he completely lost his sense of direction and balance.
