At 08:30 on August 15, 2019, a patrolling researcher discovered unusually shaped gigantic footprints deep within Boumba-Ngoko National Park. The footprints were deeply impressed into the muddy ground, leaving three-toed marks. Later that night, around 22:00, a faint, bluish-white luminescence persisted for approximately 15 minutes within an area of about 50 square meters around the discovery site, simultaneously accompanied by tactile low-frequency vibrations emanating from the ground.
Prior to this phenomenon, local hunting tribes had legends of an unidentified creature known as the 'Night Stalker (Nyanga-Kulu).' Historical records show scattered reports of strange sounds periodically occurring in the deep forest and inexplicable footprints. Specifically, in the region where the footprints were discovered, a phenomenon of certain trees and plants rapidly dying off over a short period began to be observed around 2018.
Authorities immediately dispatched an investigation team to cast the footprints, record sounds, and measure electromagnetic waves.
