One witness, Bekzat Akiev (48, herder), testified that his mobile phone repeatedly rebooted unexpectedly, and his satellite communication device temporarily lost functionality. Simultaneously, his sheep and horses exhibited extreme anxiety, collectively bleating and stampeding. This phenomenon lasted for about five minutes, after which the object rapidly ascended towards the lake and vanished into the night sky.
